Swimming will improve you overall health make you fitter and stronger. with swimming you become more resilient and generally have a better overall health. this is very beneficial to everyone as it opens up so many door as to what you can do. with swimming you will feel more confident in everything that you do and will also be able to do things like hike up a mountain with your friends. Competitive swimming is amazing cross training as well for many other sports because it works ll muscles in your body especially you core which is an essential part of sports such as skiing. It will give you strong lungs and make you happy. its true i swear swimming will have an effect on your happiness; because exercise releases endorphins and endorphins make you happy. So if your down you go into the pool and you will come out happy, refreshed and ready to try again.

Swimming like any sport is time consuming. balancing your life and swimming is hard and can be gruelling at times.
